3. Booking and Reservation

• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory for check-in, as per Indian law.
• Hotel Vishaka Paark reserves the right to refuse a booking if guest details are incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made online or at the hotel (subject to availability of “Pay at Hotel” option).
• All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services such as laundry, meals, or late check-out.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking channel. Please check the terms provided at the time of booking.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations may attract 100% booking charges.

6. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional charge and subject to room availability.
• Guests must present valid ID proof at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

7. Guest Conduct

• Maintain decorum and avoid unlawful or disruptive behavior.
• Not damage hotel property. Any damages caused will be charged to the guest.
• Not bring hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items into the premises.
• Respect other guests’ privacy and peace.

Hotel Vishaka Paark reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct without refund.

• The hotel is not liable for:
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
• Guests are responsible for their own valuables. Lockers may be provided on request.
